With both sets of functional requirements now posted on the Wiki, we look forward to working with you to determine how we can shift them to “final” status per the requirements of the payment schedule. If possible, our finance team would like to submit an invoice for the initial $45k payment next week. Please note the use cases will inevitably change in small ways during the development process.
