The Most Vulnerable Children (MVC) is a program started by the Capacity Project to increase the services provided to Orphans and Vulnerable Children in Tanzania by creating a new class of 'Para-Social Workers' (PSW). They are using iHRIS Mange to track PSWs, their supervisors, the trainers and the trainings that they received. They will combine this data with information about the number of MVC at the village level to accurately assess the needs of MVC and evaluate the effectiveness of the services being provided. The MVC Program is using a multi-partner approach to define the tools and indicators needed.
