Return to the iHRIS Qualify User Manual index page.

After entering a person's record into the system, the record may be reviewed at any time. Click Search Records to locate the record. You can choose to Search People or Search Trainings. From the record, additional information can be added or existing information can be updated.

Search People

Choose "Search People" to locate any person's record in the system to review, print or update.

  1. From the Home page or left menu, click Search Records.
  2. Click "Search People".
  3. Enter the person's Surname to find a single record or leave blank to find multiple records.
  4. If the person's name is unknown, enter the Index Number, Registration Number or License Number to search.
  5. In the Limit Results By menu, select the type of record to search for: All, In Training, Registered or Licensed.
  6. Click Find to find the matching record or click Find All to find all records in that category.
  7. A list of matching records displays. Click the name of the person whose record you want to review.

Troubleshooting

The record is not found.

The system displays an error message. Click Return to return to the Search Records page and search again.
