To-do’s
- Have technical advisory group review software and provide feedback; resolve open questions (see Questions for Discussion)
- Arrange intensive consultation with workforce planning export (participant in workshop) on-site to vet features, requirements and use of the model for the software and to assist with writing on-screen documentation
- Expand the user's manual and add context-sensitive help
- Hire a user interface designer if there is budget for it
- Add wizard interface
- Add ability to import data from other iHRIS systems
- Add more reporting features and ability to export/print reports
