Open Implementation

A key indicator for the success of our various HRIS strengthening activities is their long-term sustainability and viability. The foundation of our work has been to adopt open-source technologies and to create the iHRIS Suite. With a solid, sustainable, technological foundation, we can work with local partners to ensure the success of the various strengthening activities with an Open Implementation

What and Why

Open implementation is our philosophy of systems implementation which strongly encourages the sharing of people, methods, and documentation.

  • Various components of the iHRIS Suite are deployed in different types of environments. By sharing the implementation details, a new implementation can build off of the successful methods of earlier implementations
