I would expect it would be someone who would like to use the program to enter data from paper records or to import live data from another source, such as a central office. The end user is intended to be a user in a district or facility without good Internet access who is entering HR data for that facility or district. | |||
Some of the sample data would be useful to retain, such as countries, currencies, etc. This would include most of the data that is managed via the Administer Database link except the facility data. The data that would need to be cleared out would be the people data, position data and facility data. | |||

If you already have an existing installation, please make sure you remove it through the control panel and delete the directory c:\ihris before installing the new version

All issues have been resolved except for two: 1)There is no button to get make to the main menu where you can choose qualify or ihris 2) You _must_ install to the directory c:\ihris --- this will not be the case for the 3.1 software. 3) The PDF will not work (easily) in 3.0 due to some bugs/unimplemented features to the core system in 3.0. In 3.1 it will work w/o having to do anything.
